[IMP] stock/mrp: add a new alert system in the form view
Add two widgets in the `mrp.production` / `stock.picking` form view.
The widget is visible only if one of the stock move linked to the `mrp.production` / `stock.picking`
has the flag `delay_alert_date` set.
