[MERGE] webside_slides: improve onboarding, eLearning experience and management

PURPOSE

Improve eLearning onboarding and usability by performing a back2basics on
both backend and frontend.

SPECIFICATIONS

Change display of portal rating button to open the composer from btn-primary to
btn-link.

Overall improve profile related parts of eLearning user experience: karma rank
display, forum information display in profile.

Improve onboarding and user experience of eLearning homepage: remove
banners, improve copy writing and overall display.

Improve onboarding and user experience and course frontend: improve default
images, display of badges and action buttons, display sample data when having
a void course, improve copy writing.

Move level related tags from demo to data. Those are standard enough to
fill up tags data.

Improve course management and creation, notably
  * the create 'new course' dialog has been improved with examples and
    improved placeholders;
  * allow to create tags directly from course creation modal. Using the
    add tag button after having created the course is not the only way of
    managing tags anymore;
  * the create 'new content' dialog has some explanations on the right side;

Improve course backend usability, notably
  * improve layout of email send when invite. Do like a SO, add the join button
    in the notification email and not in the composer itself;
  * improve channel form view;
