[IMP] HR clean model in a changes hr_department in remove _check_recursion method,instead of use osv.osv.check_recursion.hr_holidays in remove create() in hr_employee.hr_contract models in add the xml id on the serach and add a method _broadcast_welcome hr_recuriemnt model.Remove everything related to context('mail_broadcast').
