[FIX] crm: no self-closing span
This is invalid HTML and is not accepted.
Self-closing is tolerated (not required) on some elements but span is not one
of them.
https://www.w3.org/TR/html5/syntax.html#start-tags
This produced error on the Transifex parser, not counting self-closing span as
a closed tag.

Done in master to avoid breaking source translations.
