[IMP] event: usability improvements
This commit includes various improvements:
* 'Event' menu is moved under 'Reporting' menu and will be visible without debug
mode
* view sequence has been changed to pivot, graph, list, form
* new filters have been added:
- Unconfirmed
- Confirmed
- Attended
- Registration Date
- Event Start Date
- Attended Date
