[FIX] website_links: update the chart when user change tab or resize
Issue: On the front-end try to see the statistics and change tab, the graph is very messy.
(The chart width equal 5px when the bootstrap tab is closed)
Use trigger resize to update graph but use trigger is an error, must call all update directly.
