[FIX] web: restore missing groups since web refactoring
Commit 977db823c7c84e9edc7c8cf8384eb9cf47275b3a refactored the web module so that it gathers
common features of community and enterprise. The problem is that the
web.webclient_bootstrap template content lost its groups attributes.
This had the effect to make the client crash when accessing the
template for calendar invitation for example, as the template was
trying to render menus without menu data.
