[FIX] web: use o_tag_color outside of badges
Since rev https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/250e716c3a12e88acb4a199b427dc47d4ec55d5d
the colors have been mistakenly moved in a too restrictive rule and could only be
used in a badge.
