[IMP] mass_mailing_sms: Add missing field in form
Followup on https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/14648272dadfbc9e2c7069de76770d5c052cd37f
Field failure_type was visible on the list view only.
In this commit, we display field on form view as well.
