[FIX] rating: delete rating & message when deleting rating
Issue
- Install eLearning
- Delete a rating
- Go to the course page, review tab
Only the stars disappeared.
Cause
Review = rating + message, the rating is the stars and
publisher_comment
So this is normal if the review is not completely deleted
Solution
Seen with SBU and he said that the message should be deleted
too.
