Improve empty list messages of the MRP application

* Manufacturing Orders

Based on a Bill of Material, a Manufacturing Order will consume raw materials and produce finished products.

Manufacturing Orders can be generated automatically based on customer requirements or reordering rules.

* Work Centers Dashboard
