[FIX] point_of_sale, pos_restaurant: bill receipt, vat_label crash

Revision ec96c0b3c252244066bea264e88867983969d6ee
attempt to display the VAT label according to the country
vat label.

This a very commendable effort, except that the
`vat_label` was not available under the variable
`company.country_id.vat_label`

Actually even `company.country_id` was undefined.

This revision does what it must be done in order
to read the countries `vat_label` and to make
it available through a variable for the bill receipt.
