[IMP] *: clean leftovers 'col_group_by' and 'measures'
* hr_recruitment, point_of_sale
Context keys 'col_group_by' and 'measures' are ignored since v8 or
v9. They have been respectively replaced by 'pivot_column_groupby'
and 'pivot_measures'/'graph_measures'. This commit cleans the few
filters that were still using it.
