[FIX] web: evaluation of xml templates must be retro compatible
Issue:
domain="[('date','=',time.strftime('%%Y-%%m-%%d'))]"
is converted into a domain equal [('date','=','%2017-%12-%12')]
instead of [('date','=','2017-12-12')]
