[FIX] purchase: don't change status when writing a note through the composer
Have a RFQ in draft. Log a note or send a new message, but use the full composer to do it.
Before this commit, the RFQ was set to sent
After this commit, it stays rightfully in draft
It is mark as sent, only if the button SEND RFQ is used
