[IMP] stock: rename stock rule "Delay" to "Lead Time"
This commit makes the stock rule added delay consistent with the naming
scheme of "Lead Time" used for many other "delay" values. Also adds
"days" to the view for context of what the number means.
Specificiation 9 of inventory usability task.
