[IMP] account: bank account configuration, remove views
Task 1966321
There are 3 different ways to configure a bank account and it’s confusing:
- config bar wizard
- journal
- bank account (Menu: Configuration/Accounting/Bank accounts)
We want to use the wizard for creation and the journal for configuration, so removing the bank account (Menu: Configuration/Accounting/Bank accounts) view).
