[FIX] web: kanban column sortability never removed
If at one time kanban column are sortable then they stay sortable for
ever even if they should not.
eg. kanban view is grouped by a many2one (sortable) then by selection
field (should not be sortable): the columns are still sortable.
issue found when working on #21199
