[FIX] web: many2many tag doesn't show delete icon when long text
Before this commit, sometimes it was difficult to delete many2many
tag because of X sign not being displayed due to long text of tag.
After this commit, if text is long then it will have ellipsis and
we will always have X icon to delete tag.
