[FIX] stock: use product qty decimal accuracy in Picking Operations
Since revision f6144fe1f36ad44affff785d0e9c2c32d37a8963,
the decimal accuracy for the product quantity in
the picking operations report was no longer applied,
leading to display a bunch of numbers after the comma
in some cases.
