[REM] stock_account: clean import/condition/dead-code
For the stock_account module:
- Remove unused import
- Remove deadcode, unused _anglo_saxon_sale_move_lines method
and useless 'continue' keyword
- Fix duplicate name test (test_average_perpetual_8 defines twice)
- Make comments flake8 compliant
