[FIX] website_sale_wishlist: prevent adding to cart
Extension of commit c4f5b9f751005cc7e50bf957f113d229570a92c1
Instead of disabling only the button on which the user has clicked, we
disable all 'Add to Cart' buttons until the end of the transaction.
Closes #24853
