[MERGE][FIX] survey: allow to launch tours by fixing assets, tour declaration and dependencies
Purpose of this merge is basically to allow launching survey tour in browser and command line. Several fixes are necessary to achieve that purpose. See sub commits for more details.
This merge is related to task ID 1915356.
