[FIX] website_crm_partner_assign: date_partner_assign
Problem:
Now that date_partner_assign is a computed field, a
value should be set each time there is a value
set for partner_assigned_id. Still, it was not the case
Solution:
Use the proper decorator: depends instead of onchange.
