[IMP][GDL] hr_expense: make the module conform to guidelines
This commits:
- extract default method from lambda of field
definition to avoid too long code line
- reorder method, according to guidelines
- rename method as guidelines says
- fix linting issues
This is the first step of a good code
cleaning of this module.
