[MERGE][REF] hr_holidays: refactor the configuration and request of leave and allocation
Purpose of this merge is to clean and simplify leave configuration and daily
use by
* simplifying leave type configuration;
* simplifying leave request and allocation encoding;
* reorganizing menus to separate personal from manager menus;
* adding missing kanban views;
For more details see sub commits. Each of them comes with its own
specifications and explanations.
