[FIX] account: Duplicates a refund customer invoice
When clicking on button "Invoices"(below "Print") on a refund
customer invoice, it prints "Refund + number". But when clicking
on button "Duplicates" it printed "Duplicate + number". Now it prints
" Duplicate refund + number" if the customer invoice is of type out_refund.
