[IMP] website_slides: remove checkbox "always visible" at lesson upload
Since af690f678fb68c7155fa41b8df24e53bdf0edf4d one can toggle the free preview boolean directly from
the slide list view in frontend. It is therefore not necessary to add
this checkbox when uploading it.
