[FIX] mail: emoji substitution
- Create a message with 100k+ smileys
- Send it to a colleague you hate
- His (and your) web browser starts eating up all the memory
- Go cry to the technical guy because you can't use Odoo anymore.
On some browsers, like Chrome, the image rendering consumes a lot of
memory up to the point it makes it unusable.
