[FIX-IMP] website_event_track_online: revamp event agenda 3.0
This commit applies various improvement to make to event agenda more readable.
- Display speaker name under talk title in agenda
- Redesign lighter/smaller badge in agenda
- Make sure talk title does not overflow on neighbours on agenda
- Add border to agenda card
- Compute location width in function of number of locations.
- Vertical Align center for th
- Align bottom for tracks counter
