[IMP] microsoft_calendar: allow to archive synced event
Change Delete secondary button to Archive on calendar popover for
synced calendar event. This makes it easier to delete synced button
from the calendar view.
(This commit is roughly the same as the one for google calendar, with
an additional check in MicrosoftCalendarPopover.js)
closes odoo/odoo#65539
