[FIX] crm: the field stage_id in a lead is useless
Since this commit d025251c7e4ee4c26462e61b5d63e5c5d58689f8, a lead
does not use stage anymore. A lead is either alive or archived.
Then the field stage_id is useless in the crm_case_tree_view_leads view
