[IMP] stock: warn user when activating tracking for untracked quants
When a user checks the box to activate 'Full Lots Traceability', it will affect
any futur move but if past quants have no lot, it will break the tracability.
When enabling the tracability, verify the history to warn the user it should
makes an inventory.
