[FIX] web: fix db manager layout in Chrome 50
Complement of f992c8ee192c075b38bf14dd5dcfb10fba7dd2ef,
to be reverted in saas-6+ and in 8.0 when Chrome's
fix reaches the stable Chrome channel.
Fixes #11629
