[FIX] website_quote: remove duplicated suggested products tab
Since the below revision:
293c1c06e66c0d7f62b4ec57c27a9d3dc28aca55
The "Suggested products" tab on the sale quote template
form has been doubled. This is an oversight when adding the field
`layout_category_id` to it.
