[MERGE] Update modals and calendar to new design

Add new modals (new Dialog class + FormViewDialog, SelectCreateDialog, ...)
    + adapt every call to old dialog classes
Add new web_calendar (+ use of new modals for events)
Adapt FieldCharDomain to new modals (+ add debug mode)
