[FIX] _crm: remove outdated es_CR translations
It was containing a bad translation "Inicaitiva / Oportunbidad" while the
correct one "Iniciativa / Oportunidad" was already done in Spanish.
Remove files to avoid getting the wrong translations.
Regional translations can be used for different terms, avoid to use the same
to make it easier to maintain.
