[FIX] website_portal: fix 'my details' page display
Since commits 3afb78371f162ea15e68a833e43d657cef3f551f and e79eb01a6744f785a69d585c48c250f0c0ecb2b1 the layout of the customer
portal has been updated. However the 'My details' page was still using
an old layout, leading to several issues: double breadcrumb, badly
displayed items, big headers. This commit fixes that and make the My
Details page use the portal layout and portal breadcrumb.
A tour is updated because a title content has been changed.
