[FIX] account: Fix checking of 'account_id' in account.move.create
Since recent changes in the ORM, line.account_id will trigger a default_get on 'account_id'
instead of simply checking a value for this field has been provided. Then, as the move is
a 'new' record, check directly the presence of this field inside the cache.
Furthermore, this condition must not affect the lines having a display_type (section / note).
