[REV] web: revert 08b2d1f9 "margin-top on top of report"
This reverts commit 08b2d1f9ac2d1423d56f1cbf8b29be9518edfd1b and the
subsequent commit a75533daf2be325e059f0d4badfb0cf3a2f7590f, because they
caused more problems than they solved.
Not only did we get issues with missing footers in some cases, but the
address box also gets misplaced on the left in many layouts.
