[IMP] website_slides: Update "Course Tag" UX
Minor UX updates for clearer wording, better visuals, and more intuitive
interface. Specifically:
- update slide.channel.tag.group form view and related menu item
- update css so 2nd line of course tags on main course page are not cut
off
