[FIX] web: css fixes for Firefox
- fix statusbar overflowing on the right and triggering a scrollbar
- fix background of the trash icon of the editable list remove
button which was white rather transparent
- fix cursor that was not properly displayed as pointer when on
top of the trash icon, while it properly transformed in the td
closes odoo/odoo#27806
