[FIX] website_sale: base url for shop tour
Steps to reproduce:
- install sales, website, ecommerce
- go into debug mode and open your browser's console
- debug menu > start tour > shop
Previous behavior:
tour does not find trigger for the first step
Current behavior:
tour starts properly
