[FIX] hr_attendance: multiple clicks
- Have a slow network
- Click multiple times on the 'Check-in' button
Multiple attendances are created.
The view refactoring introduced in 9de1bc0eef6f5bfaa2a8 changed the
element to a `<a>` tag, on which the `disabled` attribute has no effect.
We introduce a `debounce` instead.
