[FIX] point_of_sale: Avoid using unicode in views
Purpose
=======
There's a lot of occurence in Odoo with unicode in views (or models).
But this one is special because it breaks the functional documentation build when loading the fields on the model pos.config with:
.. demo:fields:: point_of_sale.action_pos_config_pos
