[REF] account, mail: Revert "[FIX] mail,account: use reply_to header from tmplt"
This reverts commit 7273719b880cc7c57e55a3334ffe99de36b27651.
Reply to header of templates should be used only for mass mailing purpose.
It is a known limitation and should not be changed in table without more
in-depth testing.
