[FIX] account: email template name changed (again)
As per discussion on commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/48a8d68194c4802320984cbd487ccd650e1bb096#diff-356151c8ac0f23574964c7c9da863c70, I add the App name in the template name.
