[FIX] mail: typo connect notification error
In 12.0 commit f2302dfb2 the method openDmWindow was renamed
openDMChatWindowFromBlankThreadWindow but it called openDmWindow at one
location which caused click on user connection notification to cause an
error instead of opening a chat window.
