[FIX] purchase: missing UOM digits
In Sale order decimal accuracy works well as expected for Order
quantity, Delivered Quantity and Invoiced Quantity BUT in PO there is
issue to show decimal accuracy into the "Received Quantity" and "Billed
Quantity".
