[FIX] l10n_es: Fixed the account names with codes 1535, 1536, 154, 1543, 1544, 1545, 1546 (pymes and general chart of accounts)
[IMP] l10n_es: Set the accounts 460, 465 y 466 to reconcilie.
[IMP] l10n_es: The names of pymes and general chart of accounts have been shortened
[FIX] l10n_es: Translations files renamed (es_ES.po -> es.po ca_ES.po -> ca.po)
